.NET Developer (Hybrid – Sligo)

The Role

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with at least 2 years of commercial experience to join a collaborative and agile development team. You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web-based applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.

This is a full-time permanent position operating on a hybrid basis in Sligo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET and C#

  • Build and enhance front-end components using modern frontend technologies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and UX

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance

  • Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making

Technical Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience with .NET / C#

  • Experience building web applications (ASP.NET Core preferred)

  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks)

  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs

  • Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

Desirable

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
